摘 要:为了增加煤层的透气性,提高瓦斯抽采效果,利用点式水力压裂技术对本煤层进行增透,介绍了点式水力压裂装置作用原理,并通过实验室试验确定了压裂装置合理的技术参数,在潘北煤矿进行了工业试验,利用地应力统计结果计算出了试验煤层起裂压力分别为23.6、23.0 MPa。工业试验表明:煤层压裂后压裂组的平均抽采瓦斯流量为普通抽采组的2.5~3.5倍,平均瓦斯浓度是普通抽采组的1.9~2.5倍;点式水力压裂增透技术能够在低透气性煤层取得较好的增透效果,并且压裂时间短,可大幅增加煤层瓦斯的涌出量与抽采量,能有效提高煤层气产量,在提高煤层透气性的应用上具有广阔前景。In order to improve the seam permeability and the gas drainage effect,a point hydraulic fracturing technology was applied to improve the permeability of the mining seam. The paper introduced the action principle of the point hydraulic fracturing device. The rational technical parameters of the fracturing device were determined by the lab experiment. An industrial test was conducted in Panbei Mine. The applied statistical results of the geostress showed that the initial fracturing pressure of the test seam was 23.6 MPa and 23.0 MPa individually. The industrial test showed that after the seam fractured,the average gas drainage flow of the fractured group was 2.5 ~ 3.5 times of the conventional gas drainage group and the average gas concentration was 1.9 ~ 2.5 times of the conventional gas drainage group. The point hydraulic fracturing and permeability improved technology could have a good permeability improved effect in the low permeability seam. The fracturing time of the technology was short. The technology could highly improve the emission volume and drainage volume of the seam gas,could effectively improve the seam gas production and would have a wide prospect of the application to improve the seam permeability.
