摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法将ZnO掺杂进荧光粉/TiO_2体系,并以活性炭纤维(ACF)为载体,制备了Pr^(3+)∶Y_2SiO_5/ZnO-TiO_2/ACF复合材料。采用XRD、SEM、EDS、FS和UV-vis DRS,对材料的结构及性能进行了表征,并以亚甲基蓝为模拟降解物,考察了ZnO掺杂量对复合材料可见光催化性能的影响。结果表明,当ZnO掺杂质量为TiO_2质量的10%时,制得的复合材料光催化性能最强,在500 mL质量浓度为15 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液中反应12 h后亚甲基蓝去除率高达98.0%,反应符合拟一级动力学方程,反应速率常数为0.341 3 h^(-1),是未掺杂ZnO的Pr^(3+)∶Y_2SiO_5/TiO_2/ACF的1.75倍,复合材料重复使用4次后亚甲基蓝去除率仍然保持在85%以上。Pr3+ :YzSiOs/ZnO-TiO2/ACF composites were prepared by sol-gel method of anchoring ZnO and upconversion fluorescent material/TiO2 nanocomposites on activated carbon fiber (ACF). The properties of samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS, FS, and UV-vis DRS. The photocatalytic activity of Pr3+ :Y2SiO5/ZnO-TiO2/ACF was evaluated using the degradation of methylene blue solution under visible light irradiation. The effect of doping amount of ZnO on the photocatalytic activity of composite was investigated. The results showed that Pr3+ :YzSiO5/ZnO-TiO2/ACF showed the highest visible-light photocatalytic activity in the degradation of methylene blue (500 mL, 15 mg/L) ,when the doping mass fraction of ZnO was 10%. The degradation rate of methylene blue after 12 h irradiation time was as high as 98.0%. The photodegradation followed pseudo first order process and reaction rate constant was 0. 341 3 h-1 ,which was 1.75 times as high as that with Pr3+ :Y2SiO5/TiO2/ACF. The degradation rate of methylene blue with pr3+ :Y2SiO5/ZnO-TiO2/ACF could still remain above 85% after recycling four times.
