摘　　要：福州大学材料与工程学院为了培养创新人才,形成了开拓学生人文社科类知识视野、重视默会知识与个体知识、以学生为中心等理念,创设了班导师制,并且建立健全了创新人才培养制度,组建了一支高学历、高职称的班导师队伍作为保障,创新人才培养实效显著,这些经验具有较高的推广价值。In order to cultivate the innovation talents, College of Materials Science and Engineering in Fuzhou University has taken a series of measures, such as forming a perspective of humanities and social sci- ences knowledge for students, attaching great importance to the tacit knowledge, individual knowledge and the student- centered concept and so on. Meanwhile, it has also created the class mentoring system, estab- lish and perfect the system of the innovative talents training, and formed ateaching staff with a highly educated background and senior professional titles as a guarantee. The result shows that the innovative talents training has achieved a greateffect and the experience promises a very high value in popularization.
