国产固体碘伏的毒性研究

摘　　要：实验室内测定了国产固体碘伏的急性毒性、蓄积毒性、致突变性以及对皮肤和眼的刺激性,并对该消毒剂的安全性进行了初步评价。The toxicity of the solid iodophor developed by Chemical Department, Nanjing University, was measured in laboratory. It was showed in experiment that the oral LD_(50) of the disinfectant in mice was 2870 mg / kg, and the toxicity was weakly cumulative. No mutagenic reaction was observed in sperm malformation test (57～1435 mg / kg) , micronucleus test (57～1435 mg / kg) and Ames test (0.1～1000μg / dish). No irritative reaction was found in rabbit skin patch test and eye irritation test (5000 ppm). On the basis of the experimental results, it is considered that the China-made solid iodophor is safe for use in disinfection practice.
