摘　　要："绿街系统"建设是城市发展新常态时期下提出的一个关于现行道路系统整改的概念,它是以小汽车为主导向以人为本的观念转变下城市街道的一场革命。论文选取集中体现交通冲突的城市中心区为基本单位,以中心区街道的空间形态特征为视角,通过交通方式的改变总结出道路系统从1.0阶段到4.0阶段的演变过程,进而论述道路系统4.0——"绿街系统"的构成及元素组合模式。旨在打造更具人气、生态、健康、快捷并满足未来城市发展的空间骨架与格局。Green street system construction is the concept that reforming existing road system under the new normal period, and it is the urban street revolution from car-oriented to people-oriented. The paper selects urban center as the basic unit in terms of the evolution of urban center street space, and summarizes road evolution progress from 1.0 system to 4.0 system through changing of the traffic mode, and then discusses green street system＇s constitution and element combination mode. Finally, green street system will become spatial framework for the livable, ecology, health and efficient city.
