摘  要:为解决鱼田堡煤矿煤层透气性差,单一穿层钻孔、水力割缝等工艺后抽采效果不理想,区域防突措施实施不到位,造成较大空白带问题,在34区-350 m西抽对5~#煤层进行高压水力压裂增透技术试验。通过现场试验确定了适合鱼田堡煤矿5~#煤层的水力压裂工艺,并"反演"出注水压力理论计算公式中ps宜取值为最高泵站压力的10%~15%。水力压裂效果考察分析表明:在水力压裂有效影响范围内煤层平均含水率为原始的2.15倍,煤层平均透气性系数为原始的112倍,瓦斯平均抽采浓度为原始的2.3倍,瓦斯抽采纯量为原始的3.9倍,并通过综合分析瓦斯抽采的浓度、纯量以及含水率、透气性系数等参数得到单孔水力压裂沿煤层走向的有效影响范围为50 m左右。To solve the problems of low seam permeability, poor drainage effect after the implementation of a single through beds hole and hydraulic fracturing technology, lack of regional outburst prevention measures implementation and causing larger blank space, high pressure hydraulic fracturing permeability increasing technology is carried out in 5~ coal seam of 34 zone -350 m west drainage roadway. A suitable hydraulic fracturing process for Yutianbao Coal Mine is determined; the parameter p~ of the injection pressure theoretical calculation formula should be about 10% to 15 % of the maximum pumping pressure. Hydraulic fracturing effect analysis showed that within the effective impact range of hydraulic fracturing, the average moisture content of coal seam is 2.15 times that of the original, the average permeability coefficient is 112 times that of the original, the average gas drainage concentration is 2.3 times that of the original, the average gas drainage scalar is 3.9 times that of the original. According to the comprehensive analysis of gas drainage concentration, gas drainage scalar, moisture content, permeability coefficient, as well as other parameters, the effective scope of the single-hole hydraulic fracturing along the trend of the coal seam is about 50 meters.
