摘 要:针对近些年因竖井提升系统设备设施陈旧、老化及管理不到位等原因导致事故频发的问题,对全国部分企业在用的提升人员竖井,开展了一次安全诊断评估工作。主要从提升系统的设备运行状况和安全管理2个方面进行了全面的诊断评估,对检查数据进行系统的分析,撰写了评估报告,指出了各竖井存在的安全问题,并提出了相应的整改措施。通过安全评估及整改工作的有效开展,企业的提升运输系统得到逐步完善,安全运行水平有了很大的提高。Aiming at the shaft hoisting system equipment and facilities are obsolete, aged and the management is insufficient,these problems lead to frequent accidents in recent years, the safety diagnostic evaluation work was cas:ied out hoisting personnelshaft in part of national enterprises. The comprehensive diagnostic evaluation mainly included two aspects, such as the equipmentoperation condition and the safety management of the hoisting system. The inspection data were analyzed, and the evaluation re-port was written. The safety problem existed in each shaft was pointed out, and corresponding improvement measures were pro-posed. Through the effective development of salty evaluation and rectification work, the enterprise's transportation system had beengradually improved, and the safe operation level had been greatly improved.
