布地奈德异丙托溴铵与沙丁胺醇联合氧气雾化治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究布地奈德(BUN)、异丙托溴铵(YBTXA)和沙丁胺醇(STL)联合氧气雾化对喘息性肺炎患儿的疗效。方法收集90例喘息性肺炎患儿按照完全随机化方法分成对照和观察组各45例,对照组使用雾化吸入BUN治疗,观察组使用BUN、YBTXA、STL联合氧气雾化治疗,治疗1周后分别比较两组患儿前后肺功能各项指标及其主要症状消失时间。结果 (1)观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组的FEV_1、FEV_1%以及SaO_2三项肺功能指标都显著优于对照组(P<0.05);(3)观察组肺部湿罗音、咳嗽和肺部哮鸣音三种主要症状消失时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用BUN、YBTXA、STL联合氧气雾化对喘息性肺炎患儿进行相应的治疗能够快速减轻其原有症状,改善肺功能,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To study the effect of budesonide, promethazine supporting bromide and salbutamol in combination with oxygen atomization of patients with asthmatic pneumonia. Methods 90 patients with asthmatic pneumonia in accordance with admission number of single and double situation were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with atomization inhalation of budesonide. The observation group was treated with atomization inhalation of budesonide, isopropyl bromide, salbutamol and combination with oxygen. The pulmonary function parameters and main symptoms disappear time were observed. Results Total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈 0.05）. FEV1, FEV1% and SaP2 t of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. The disappearing timeof medium crackles, cough, wheezing sound in lung inobservation group were shorten than in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of budesonide, promethazine supporting bromide and salbutamol in combination with oxygen atomization of patients with asthmatic pneumonia treatment can quickly reduce the original symptoms, significantly improvement in lung function and has good curative effect.
