心理护理干预对血液透析患者生活质量影响的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理干预对血液透析患者生活质量影响的Meta分析。方法:检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普、PubMed等数据库,筛选有关心理护理干预对血液透析患者生活质量影响的病例对照研究。采用Stata14.0统计软件进行Meta分析,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS),比较所有研究中干预组和对照组干预后评分差异;采用简明健康调查量表(SF-36),对干预组和对照组实施心理护理干预前后生活质量水平进行对比,并计算合并效应标准均数差(SMD)及95%置信区间(CI)。结果:经筛选符合纳入标准的文章最终有11篇,血液透析患者共896例,分析得SAS合并效应量及95%CI为-1.76、SDS合并效应量及95%CI为-1.45,SF-36量表中生理机能SMD为1.32,躯体疾病SMD为1.65,健康状况SMD为1.27,社会功能SMD为1.52,精神健康SMD为1.31,情感智能SMD为1.42。结论:对血液透析患者实施心理护理干预后,可提高患者生活质量。Objective：To explore Meta analysis of the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients.Methods：The retrieval of China biomedical literature database（CBM）,China HowNet（CNKI）,VIP,PubMed database,were used to screen a case control study on the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients.By using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）,the differences of all the studies in two groups were compared after the intervention.By using the concise health survey scale（SF-36）,the quality of life was compared between two groups before and after the implementation of psychological nursing intervention,and the standard deviation（SMD）and 95% CI were calculated.Results：After screening,in accordance with the inclusion criteria,there are 11 papers.A total of 863 patients with hemodialysis combined effect and 95% CI was-1.76,while the combined SDS and 95%CI was-1.45,SF-36 physical function scale SMD was 1.32,body disease SMD was 1.65,health SMD was 1.27,SMD was 1.52 health SMD was 1.31 social function,spirit,emotion intelligent SMD was 1.42.In the SF-36,physiological function SMD was 1.32,somatic disease SMD was 1.65,health status SMD was 1.27,social function SMD was 1.52,mental health SMD was 1.31,emotional intelligence SMD was 1.42.Conclusion：Psychological nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with hemodialysis.
