摘 要:目的:调查重庆市某医院临床护士职业满意度现状,并分析其影响因素及对策。方法:采用护士职业满意度评定量表,横断面调查重庆市某医院各级护士职业满意度。结果:本组护士职业满意度总分为(120.15±13.32)分;其中平均得分最高是与同事关系(4.03±0.43)分,最低维度是工作本身(2.83±0.52)分;不同年龄、科别、职称、工作年限、子女年龄的护士职业满意度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:临床护士职业满意度处于中等水平,医院管理者应根据不同层次的护士,采取有针对性的改进措施,以提高护士职业满意度,从而达到稳定护理队伍,提高护理质量的目的。Objective:To investigate the current status of clinical nurses' job satisfaction in a hospital of Chongqing,and to analyze the influencing factors and countermeasures.Methods:A cross-sectional survey of nurses' job satisfaction at a hospital in Chongqing was carried out by using the nurses; job satisfaction scale.Results:The nurse occupation satisfaction score was(120.15±13.32);the highest score in average was the relations with colleagues(4.03±0.43),and the lowest score of satisfaction was the nursing work itself(2.83±0.52).There was a statistical significance in occupation satisfaction scores of nurses in different age,departments,job title,age,and children age of nurses(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion:Occupation satisfaction of clinical nurses is in the middle level,then hospital managers should be based on different levels of nurses,take targeted measures for improvement,in order to improve the nurse occupation satisfaction,to stabilize the nursing team,and to improve the quality of nursing.
