虚寒呕吐模型的复制和吴茱萸汤的止呕作用研究

摘　　要：目的:为客观准确评价吴茱萸汤的止呕作用,本研究首次尝试顺铂致呕模型的基础上。方法:采用给予苦寒中药大黄的方式制备了病症结合的虚寒呕吐模型,并基于两种呕吐模型,分别从体质量、生化指标和脏器指数等机体生理生理病理状态,以及异食癖等行为学多个方面对吴茱萸汤的止呕作用进行了评价。结果:大鼠口饲大黄一段时间后表现出了明显的虚寒状态和一定程度的病理指标的变化,而对证给予吴茱萸汤后这种病理状态和病理指标均有较为明显的改善,而不具有虚寒状态的顺铂对照组大鼠给予吴茱萸汤治疗后反而加重了病理指标的变化;吴茱萸汤对两种呕吐模型均有显著的止呕作用(P<0.01),但对大黄加顺铂制备的虚寒呕吐动物模型的作用优于单纯顺铂制备的呕吐模型(P<0.01)。结论:该方法制备的病症结合模型比顺铂致呕模型更适于吴茱萸汤等中医复方治疗虚寒呕吐药效学的评价研究,本研究结果也从以方测证和方证相应的角度反映了该方法复制虚寒呕吐模型的可行性和合理性。Objective ： To objectively and accurately evaluate the antiemetic effect of Wuzhuyi Decoction. In this study we established cisplatin - induced vomitting insufficiency - cold model based on the cisplatin - induced vomitting model for the first time. Methods ： Efficacy and rationality of the model were evaluated in terms of body weight, blood biological indices, behaviours and abnormal eating habit. In addition, the antiemetic effect of Wuzhuyu Decoction was also ob- served. Results ： Wuzhuyu Decoction was found possessing antiemetic effect against two models with the eisplatin - induced vomiting insufficiency - cold model more effective than the cisplatin - induced vomiting model. Conclusion ： The rhubarb - induced vomitting insufficiency - cold model is more suitable for the evaluation of the effectiveness of antiemetic effects of Chinese compound for nulae and this experimental result also supports the feasibility and rationality of the theory ＂corre- sponding of compound formulae with syndromes＂.
