摘 要:目的:观察热敏灸对高校教师心理亚健康状态的干预效果。方法:采用随机对照设计,纳入100例合格受试者。采用随机数字表法分为两组。试验组(n=50):艾灸探查心俞、百会、风池、命门、关元等穴位灸感,选取有热敏灸感的穴位施灸,艾灸时间以热敏灸感现象消失为度,每日1次,10次1疗程;对照组(n=50):常规心理健康教育,每周2次,每次2学时。两组干预周期均为4周。观察指标为简易CMI量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)。结果:两组CMI总分、M^R总分、SCL-90总分比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各项心理因子比较,两组在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、紧张、精神病性、其他等方面均有统计学意义(P<0.05)抑郁、焦虑、紧张等方面均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规心理教育比较,热敏灸能有效改善高校教师心理亚健康状态,尤其是缓解抑郁、焦虑、紧张等不良心理状态效果更佳。Objective: To observe the intervention effect of the heat - sensitive moxibustion treating college teachers psychological sub- health state. Methods: In a randomized controlled design, 100 cases of eligible subieets wereinclud- ed. The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method. Treatment group (n = 50) :search heat - senstive moxibustion sensation by moxibustion at Xinshu ( BLI 5 ), Baihui ( DU20 ), Fengchi ( GB20 ), Mingmeng ( DU4 ), Guanyuan(RN4). Select heat - senstive acupints to moxibustion with thermal moxibustion feeling phenomenon disappear for degrees, once a day, 10 times a course. Control group (n =50) : conventional mental health education, twice a week, 2 hours for each time. Two groups' intervention cycle was 4 weeks. Outcome used the simple CMI scale and symptom self - assessment scale ( SCL - 90). Results : Two groups' CMI score, M - R meant and SCL - 90 total seore comparison had statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The psychological factor comparison : two groups in somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoia, tension, psychotic and other aspects had statistical significance ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Con- chtsion : Compared with conventional psychological education, heat - sensitive moxibustion can effectively improve college teachers" psychological sub - health state, especially better relieve depression, anxiety, tension and other adverse psycho- logical state effect.
