以甘油三酯分层分析益糖康对并有糖调节受损痰热互结型代谢综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察、评价中药复方益糖康从甘油三酯(TG)分层角度对并有糖调节受损(IGR)痰热互结型代谢综合征(MS)的临床研究。方法:选取2007年12月—2010年12月辽宁中医药大学、辽宁省中医药研究院、山东中医药大学附属医院、北京中医药大学东直门医院以及辽阳糖尿病专科医院5个中心收治的并痰热互结型MS患者165例,采用多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的设计原则,试验组予综合治疗并口服益糖康,对照组予综合治疗并口服安慰剂,疗程为12周,治疗前后分别检测两组2h PG、Hb A1c、TC、TG、BMI、收缩压、舒张压。结果:益糖康可降低患者2h PG、TC、TG、BMI、收缩压、舒张压,且疗效均优于对照组。以TG分层角度分析,当TG正常时,益糖康可降低患者的2h PG、BMI、收缩压、舒张压及LDL-C,当TG高时,益糖康可降低患者的BMI、收缩压、舒张压。结论:益糖康可改善并痰热互结型MS的治疗前患者2h PG、TC、TG、BMI、收缩压、舒张压,并对不同的TG分层有不同的作用。Objective：To observe and investigate the clinical effect of Yitangkang on MS patients of IGR grouped by different triglyceride levels. Methods：Select 165 MS patients of IGR from December 2007 to December 2010 in the five centers,including Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）, Medical Research Institute of Liaoning Province, Affilicated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM, Dongzhimen Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Chi- nese Medicine and Liaoning diabetes hospitals. This study was principled by the muhicenter, randomized, double - blind, placebo - controlled. Experiment patients were treated by comprehensive treatment combined Yitangkang. Patients who in the control group were treated by comprehensive treatment and placebo, treatment for 12 weeks. The period of treatment was 12 weeks. Rrespectively detect the two groups＇ 2 hPG, HbAlc, TC, TG, BMI, SBP and DBP before and after treatment. Result：Yitangkang can decrease patients＇ 2 hPG, TC, TG, BMI, SBP and DBP. The curative effect was su- perior to the control group＇ s. When TG＇ s level was normal, Yitangkang can reduce patients＇ 2 hPG , BMI, SBP, DBP and LDL- C. When TG＇s level is high, Yitangkang can reduce patients＇ 2 hPG, BMI,SBP and DBP. Conclusion：Yi- tangkang,the Chinese herbal compound,can improve 2 hPG, TC, TG, BMI,SBP and DBP for patients with IGR and MS and also can play different roles at different TG levels.
