针药联合治疗卵巢早衰临床疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价针药联合治疗卵巢早衰的有效性。方法:电子检索中国知网(CNKI)、重庆维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wangfang database)及中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中针药联合治疗卵巢早衰(POF)的随机对照试验,检索的时限为各库建库起至2016年3月。根据纳入及排除标准,进行筛选文献、提取资料及文献质量评价后,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入7个随机对照试验,Meta分析结果表明,与单独用药组比,针药联合组总效率为[OR=3.91,95%CI(2.35,6.50)],差异有统计学意义;且治疗后针药联合组与单独用药组中血清的FSH、LH比较,差异有统计学意义[OR=-2.34,95%CI(-3.39,-1.28)和OR=-4.18,95%CI(-8.30,-0.07)]。结论:针药联合治疗卵巢早衰的总有效率优于单独用药。但由于纳入试验研究的样本量小,并受其质量限制,仍需更多高质量的随机对照试验来验证。Objective： To evaluate the effect of combined treatment of premature ovarian failure （POF）. Methods： A randomized controlled trial was carried out by searching CNKI, VIP, WanFangDATA and CBM from the establishing to March 2016. Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, independent screening literature,data extraction and quality assessment were running by RevMan5.3 Meta - analysis software. Results ： Seven randomized controlled trials were included. Meta - analysis：Compared with the control group, acupuncture and medicine total efficiency was [ OR = 3.91,95 % CI（2.35,6.50） 1 and the difference was statistically significant. After treatment acupuncture combined with medicine group and single drug group＇s FSH and LH were[ OR = - 2.34,95% CI （ - 3.39, - 1.28 ） and OR = - 4.18,95% CI （ - 8.30, - 0.07 ） ] and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion ： Acupuncture combined with medicine for POF is better than the medicine alone. But due to limiting from the quality of included literature and small sample it still needs more high -quality randomized controlled trials to verify.
