中西医结合治疗川崎病疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:分析与探讨采用自拟中药组方、阿司匹林以及丙种球蛋白联合治疗川崎病(MCLS)疗效及评价。方法:将临床确诊后进行治疗的122例MCLS病患选择为临床研究病例,根据就诊顺序编号并将单双号分成两组。对照组(单号)61例给予阿司匹林和丙种球蛋白进行治疗,试验组(双号)61例在对照组基础上联合自拟中药组方治疗。比较病患治疗效果、症状消失时间、炎症因子水平及冠状动脉病变情况。结果:试验组患儿冠状动脉病变发生率4.92%、退热时间(2.76±1.02)d、淋巴结肿大消失时间(7.49±1.55)d、皮疹消失时间(4.79±0.78)d、治疗总有效率93.44%、IL-6(17.21±6.01)ng/L、IL-8(180.68±22.08)ng/L、TNF-α(33.99±9.32)ng/L均明显优于对照组冠状动脉病变发生率18.03%、退热时间(3.54±1.33)d、淋巴结肿大消失时间(9.88±2.16)d、皮疹消失时间(6.53±0.47)d、治疗总有效率72.13%、IL-6(30.18±7.14)ng/L、IL-8(240.88±34.85)ng/L、TNF-α(54.18±21.41)ng/L,统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论:MCLS病患采用阿司匹林、丙种球蛋白以及自拟中药组方联合治疗,病患各种症状消失时间较快,炎症因子水平明显降低,提高临床治疗效果,有效预防冠状动脉病变,满足患儿及家属期望值。Objective： To analyze and explore the therapeutic effect of self - made prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, aspirin and gamma globulin protein combined treatment of Kawasaki disease （MCLs）. Methods ： A total of 122 eases of MCLs disease patientsin our hospital were selected for clinical eases study, and according to the treatment se- quence number and odd and even numbers were divided into two groups. Control group＇ s （odd numbers）61 patients were given aspirin and intravenous immunoglobulin treatment. The experimental group＇s （even numbers） 61 cases combined self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription treatment. To compare the therapeutic effect, the disappearance time of symptoms, the levels of inflammatory factors and coronary artery disease. Results ： In the experimental group, the incidence of coronary artery disease was 4.92% , the cooling time （2.76 ± 1.02） d, lymph nodes disappeared time （7.49 ±1.55 ） d, the disappearance time of rash （4.79 ±0.78 ） d treatment, the total efficiency 93.44%. IL -6 （ 17.21 ±. 6.01 ） ng/L, IL - 8 （ 180.68 ± 22.08 ） ng/L and TNF - α （ 33.99 ± 9.32 ） ng/L, which were significantly better than the control group＇ s incidence of coronary artery disease 18.03% , the cooling time （3.54± 1.33） d, lymph nodes disappeared time （9.88 ± 2.16） d, the disappearance time of rash （6.53 ± 0.47） d treatment, the total efficiency 72.13%, IL-6 （30.18 ±7.14） ng/L, IL-8 （240.88 ±4.85） ng/L, TNF -α（54.18±21.41） ng/L（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Aspirin, gamma globulin protein and self - made traditional Chinese medicine prescription combination thera-py for MCLs disease make patients symptoms disappear quickly, inflammatory factor levels decrease significantly, im- prove the clinical treatment effect, effective prevent coronary artery disease and meet the children and their parents expec- tations.
