长江经济带旅游一体化中心城市联动机制研究

摘　　要：概要:长江经济带规划的提出是我国以区域经济发展为突破口带动全国经济发展的重要战略。在旅游产业领域中经济带内部部分地区由于条件好发展较快,部分地区条件薄弱发展相对落后,总的来看长江经济带经济一体化程度并不高,中心城市之间关联性不强,这制约了区域经济进一步发展。然而各区域旅游资源异质性强,互补性大,一体化发展前景广阔。文章通过对长江经济带中心城市旅游资源互补性以及中心城市之间可达性分析,提出上游以成渝城市群、中游以武汉都市圈、下游以上海为首的长三角城市群为核心,各地省会城市为节点,以交通为纽带,连接地级城市构建旅游一体化联动机制。The construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, based on regional economic development as a breakthrough, is an impor- tant strategy to promote the development of the national economy. It connects the Maritime Silk Road to the east and links the Silk Road Economic Belt to the west, which has obvious location advantages, and is an important part of the ＂T＂ font space strategy in China. In the field of tourism industry, some areas develop rapidly due to good conditions inside the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and other areas are relatively backward due to weak conditions. Overall, the economic integration of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is not high and the cor- relation between the central cities is not strong, which restrict the further development of the regional economy. However, the regional tour- ism resources have a strong heterogeneity and a great complementarity, and the development prospect of integration is broad. Based on the ana｜ysis on the complementarity of tourism resources and the accessibility of central cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the paper aims to construct the tourism linkage mechanism with the Yangtze River Delta city group led by Shanghai as the dragon head, city group in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River led by Wuhan as the dragon body, Chengdu Chongqing city group as the dragon tail, city group in the central Yunnan and Guizhou as the supplement, provincial capital cities as the nodes, prefecture level cities complementing each other.
