摘  要:城市建成环境对人类健康的影响越来越受到关注,老年人在中国已经构成重要的群体,建成环境不仅仅对他们自身健康产生影响,也会对他们子女的生活和工作产生冲击,带来社会问题。以重庆市为例,选择了老年人这一群体,通过问卷调查获取数据,建立有序多分类Logsitic模型,研究建成环境如何通过影响老年人的休闲健身活动(尤指步行运动)从而影响其身体质量指数(BMI)。结果表明,除了年龄、是否偏爱高热量饮食外,居住地是否有休闲运动场所、居住地到休闲运动场所的距离与因变量老年人BMI指数等级存在显著联系。其中,居住地距离休闲运动场所1000m以内是最佳范围,在这一范围内休闲运动场所对老年人身体质量指数等级的影响显著并且随着距离增加而衰减。最后根据研究结论提出建成环境优化建议。The influence of the built environment on human health has attracted more and more attention. The elderly have been an important part in Chinese population, and the built environment will not only have influence on their health but also on their children' s life and work. Based on the survey data from the questionnaire on the elderly people in Chongqing, the ordinal multi-categorical regression m elderly, and calorie diet, odel is established to analyze the built environment factors affecting affecting their body mass index (BMI) further. The results shows the leisure place near residence, the distance between the place o the leisure physical activity ( especially walking) of the that, in addition to the age and the preference for high f residence to the leisure sports place, have significant influence on the body mass index. The best distance range between the leisure sports sites and the residence place is within 1000 meters, in which leisure sports sites have significant impact on the body mass index of the elderly and appears distance decay. At last, according to the conclusion, proposals optimizing the built environment are put forward.
