摘 要:天津五大道地区是近代以来天津重要的居住街区,历经百年沧桑,其住宅使用形式发生了巨大变化。本调查以五大道的一条街道——重庆道两侧建筑使用形式为调查对象,准确展现其具体使用情况。在众多的使用形式中,以多户伙住、商业、政府办公为主。多户伙住使用形式占总体建筑使用形式一半以上,建筑破坏程度最大,但修缮程度远远不够。商业、政府办公使用形式占30%以上,其建筑修复、保护程度好,但也有和整体街区氛围不协调现象。这些老建筑的保护利用,需要更多的资金投入,更合理的保护方式,以及更合乎街区文化特点的商业开发。Tianjin five Old Street is an important residential block in Tianjin In the last one hundred years and the use of residential buildings change greatly. Our team investigated the use of buildings on both sides of the Chongqing Road one street in Tianjin Five Old Street. The buildings used to live by more than one family account for more than half of the buildings investigated. They have been damaged badly, and have not been properly repaired. The buildings used to business and government office account for 30% of the buildings investigated. They have been repaired and protected to a certain extent, however, some of them are not coordinated to the atmosphere of the whole block. Therefore, the protection and use of these old buildings need more capital investment, more reasonable protection, as well as commercial development more harmonious with the cultural characteristics of the block.
