摘　　要：高职院校的发展需要依靠一批素质过硬，作风优良、稳定前进的教师队伍，而建立这样的队伍就必须要制定合理的教师绩效评价体系，通过设计合理的考核指标，以及明确考核标准和方法，通过有效地绩效考核来提高高职院校教师教学能力。The development of higher vocational colleges relies on a number of teachers of excellent quality, good style and steady advance. And the establishment of such a team needs a reasonable teacher performance evaluation system. By designing reasonable evaluation index, clear assessment standards and methods, and performance appraisal, we can improve teachers＂ teaching ability of higher vocational colleges.
