摘　　要：中国特色社会主义经济的健康发展,迫切需要马克思主义政治经济学的理论支撑。习近平总书记多次强调要学好用好政治经济学,并提出要不断开拓当代中国马克思主义政治经济学新境界,坚持中国特色社会主义政治经济学的重大原则。为了进一步促进中国政治经济学的发展与创新,推动对重大现实经济问题的探讨,更好地为中国的经济改革与经济发展服务,从2010年起,我们开始发布中国政治经济学年度发展报告。报告以专题形式汇集和反映报告期内中国政治经济学研究的主要新成果和新进展,并探讨中国政治经济学研究方面可能存在的问题以及进一步发展的方向。需要说明的是,本报告并不追求面面俱到,而是力求突出主线和重点,希望能够刻画出报告期内中国政治经济学研究与发展的主要特点和轨迹,从而为我国政治经济学的进一步研究与发展提供借鉴与参考。2016年的年度报告设立了以下主题:1.关于政治经济学基本理论的研究2.关于中国特色社会主义政治经济学3.关于国有企业改革问题的讨论4.关于经济发展新常态与供给侧结构性改革5.关于共享发展与共同富裕6.关于农村土地问题与新型城镇化问题7.关于货币金融政治经济学的研究8.当代资本主义研究9.The healthy development of the socialist economics with Chinese characteristics urgently needs the theoretical support of Marxist political economy. General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that we should learn to make good use of Marxist political economy, continue to open up the new realm of contemporary Chinese Marxist political economy, and adhere to the main principles of socialist political eco- nomics with Chinese characteristics. In order to further promote the innovation of Chi- nese political economic research in both theoretical and realistic issues and to better serve China＇s reform and development, from 2010 onwards, we began to publish Annual Report on the Development of Political Economy in China. The series focus on a variety of topics to re- flect the development in Chinese political economic research and discuss the problems with the research as well as the orientation for further development. The series do not cover all the topics but focus on only major topics in political economy. We hope the series can highlight the features of Chinese political economy and the path of its development, so that we can provide some references for further research.
