宁夏农村老年居民原发性高血压人群分布及控制现状调查

摘　　要：目的探讨宁夏农村老年居民原发性高血压分布及控制情况,为宁夏农村老年居民原发性高血压的科学管理提供依据。方法 2014年10月18日-11月5日,采用横断面的调查方法,在宁夏青铜峡市和平罗县分别选取60个行政村。在每个行政村的农村居民健康电子档案中,选取25例有脑卒中发病史或年龄≥60岁的高血压患者进行体格检查和问卷调查,最终对3790例年龄≥60岁原发性高血压患者进行数据分析。结果宁夏农村老年居民原发性高血压患者平均收缩压为(165.7±19.5)mm Hg,平均舒张压为(94.6±13.2)mm Hg,收缩压平均水平女性高于男性(P<0.001),舒张压水平随着年龄增长呈下降趋势(P<0.001),随着BMI增长呈上升趋势(P<0.001)。高血压控制率为3.5%,男性(4.3%)高于女性(2.8%),但随着年龄和BMI增长并无显著的变化(P>0.05)。结论宁夏农村老年居民原发性高血压患者的收缩压女性高于男性,舒张压水平随着年龄增长呈下降趋势,随着BMI增长呈上升趋势;血压控制率明显低于全国老年人血压控制率的水平。Objective To investigate the distribution and control rate of hypertension, and to provide evidence for scientific management of hypertension in elderly population in rural areas of Ningxia. Methods A cross-sectional study was carried out in Qingtongxia County and Pingluo County of Ningxia. Sixty villages were selected from each county, totally one hundred and twenty villages. Thirty-five patients with a stroke history or patients aged 960 years old with hypertension were selected from the electronic health records in each village and interviewed with an eligible questionnaire and physical examination. We only chose patients aged ≥ 60 years old with hypertension to finish data analysis, 3790 patients totally. Results The mean systolic blood pressure （SBP） was（ 165.7 ±19.5）mmHg and mean diastolic blood pressure （DBP） was（94.6 ± 13.2）mmHg. SBP mean reading of females was significantly higher than that of males（P〈0.001 ）. DBP mean reading decreased significantly with age（P〈0.001 ）, but increased significantly with body mass index （BMI）（ P〈0.001 ）. The control rate of hypertension was 3.5%. This rate in males（g.3% ）was significantly higher than that in females （2.8%）but there was no significant change with the increase of age and BMI（P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Blood pressure was still high and the control rate had remained at a low level in elderly population in rural areas of Ningxia.
