摘　　要：三重化三电平直流变换器过流分为过载和负载短路两种工况,而功率器件在过载和短路工况下容易损坏,因此,需要有完备的过载和短路保护。针对过载保护,根据三重化三电平直流变换器的过载能力要求,拟合了过载反时限保护曲线;针对短路保护,采用短路时切换为恒流模式的方法,限制短路电流为两倍额定电流。实验结果证明了过载反时限保护和短路限流的有效性。Output overload and short-circuit will lead to overcurrent of the three-phase three-level（TPTL）dc-dc converter,which can damage power devices.Hence,it is significant to develop complete overload and short-circuit protection.As to overload protection,an inverse time overload curve is fitted based on overload requirements of the TPTL dc-dc converter.As to short-circuit protection,the TPTL dc-dc converter works in the state of constant-current source when shortcircuit occurs,which limits short-circuit current to two times rated current.Finally the viability of the scheme is confirmed through detailed experimental studies.
