摘 要:诺卡氏菌HD9611经紫外线诱变处理后在磁场条件下进行培养 ,其诱变致死率和营养缺陷型的诱发率均比诱变后在自然条件下培养的要高 ,并且经UV +磁场复合诱变所筛选出的菌株酶活也比单纯紫外线处理的对照菌株平均酶活相对提高了 17 2 %。Cultured in the magnetic field after ultravidet irradiation treatment, the deadly rate and the mutagenized rate of nutritional deficiency strains of N orcardia sp HD9611 are higher than those cultured in the natural environment After compound treated with ultravidet and magnetic field, the average enzymatic activity of strains we have isolated have a evident increase of 17 2%compared with those which are only treated with ultravidet
