摘  要:为提高高山红景天愈伤组织中有效物质的积累,试验研究了茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)的处理时间及浓度对生物反应器内培养的愈伤组织中有效物质含量及生产量的影响。结果表明:MeJA处理对愈伤组织中有效物质的积累有促进作用,在反应器培养20d时,加入MeJA 175μmol处理3d最有利于红景天苷、酚类、多糖及黄酮含量的增加;MeJA 275μmol处理,对红景天-苷、酚、多糖及黄酮等有效物质的积累效果最佳,其生产量分别为未处理的4.6、1.6、1.3和1.3倍。因此,利用生物反应器培养愈伤组织生产高山红景天有效物质时,可在培养第20天时加入275μmol的MeJA处理3d,可在短期内达到有效物质生产量最大化。In order to enhance effective compound accumulation of Rhodiola sachalinensis during callus bio- reactor culture, the effects of concentration and treatment days of Methy Jasmonate (MeJA) on effective compound accumulation were studied. The results showed that the effect of treatment days of MeJA had a great influence on effective compound accumulation in callus with increase of salidroside, phenol, flavonoid and polysaccharides contents. The bioreactor compound accumulation was promoted when the medium was supplemented with MeJA 175 μmol after 20 days of bioreaetor eulture and the optimal treatment days was 3 d. The maximum productivities of effective compound (salidroside, phenol, flavonoid and polysaccha- rides) were measured maximum value at 275 μmol MeJA. Their levels were 4.6, 1.6, 1.3 and 1.3-fold greater than control. During bioreactor culture of Rhodiola sachalinensis effective compound, adding 275 μmol MeJA in medium to induce 3 days could maximized the production of effective compound in short time. The present study could provide a reference for commercialization and development of Rhodiola sa- chalinensis production.
