牛皮杜鹃组织培养初步研究

摘　　要：以牛皮杜鹃无菌苗为材料,分别对愈伤组织诱导培养基、生根壮苗培养基和移栽基质进行了筛选。结果表明:愈伤组织诱导效果最好的培养基为WPM+3mg/L IBA+8mg/L ZT(pH值5.2),白糖20g/L;最佳生根壮苗培养基为WPM+0.1mg/L NAA+1g/L AC+0.4 mg/L IBA;筛选出的最好移栽基质为苔藓土,成活率达94%。Sterile seedling of Rhodoendron chrysanthurn pall were used as explants to screen callus induc- tion medium and strawberry propagation rooting and transplanting medium. The results showed that WPM＋8 mg/L ZT＋ 3 mg/L IBA＋ 20g/L Sugar （pH = 5. 2）was best induction medium; WPM＋0.4 mg/L IBA＋0.1 mg/L NAA＋lg/L AC was best medium of strawberry propagation rooting;Bryophyta of soil was the best transplanting medium, transplanting survival rate was 94%.
