摘  要:试验从延边地区养猪场临诊上疑似大肠杆菌病的仔猪中无菌采集粪便和血样52份,进行大肠杆菌分离鉴定及致病性研究;通过纸片扩散法测定四环素、磺胺嘧啶钠及链霉素对分离株及标准菌株的抑菌效果,通过试管二倍稀释法及牛津杯法测定中药蒲公英、连翘及柴胡粗提物对分离株及标准菌株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)及抑菌效果。结果表明:共分离鉴定28株大肠杆菌,分离率54%;79%分离株可致死小鼠;大肠杆菌对四环素及磺胺嘧啶钠敏感度较低,耐药率分别为89%和64%,对链霉素敏感度较高,耐药率为6%;蒲公英粗提物的MIC值为0.05g/mL,连翘与柴胡粗提物的MIC值均为0.1g/mL,3种中药粗提物均可抑制大肠杆菌生长,且蒲公英粗提物的抑菌效果最强。该试验结果表明:分离株对抗菌药的耐药性明显,中药体外抑菌效果明显,为延边地区仔猪腹泻性大肠杆菌病的防治及新药的开发提供依据。Fifty-two samples of Escherichia coli were collected from Yanbian pig areas for isolation, identi- fication and pathogenicity study. The effects of tetracycline, sulfadiazine and streptomycin on Escherichia coli were analyzed by Disk diffusion method. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and antimicro- bial effect of crude extract of taraxacum, forsythia and bupleurum on Escherichia coli were determined by Two-fold dilution method and Oxford cup method. The results showed that 28 strains of Escherichia coli were isolated and identified, the separation rate was 54%, 79~ of isolated strains could kill mice; the sen- sitivity of tetracycline and sulfadiazine was lower, the resistance rates were 89% and 64%. The MIC of the crude extract of taraxacum was 0.05 g/mL, the MIC of the extract of forsythia and bupleurum were 0.1 g/mL, and the three crude extracts could inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli , and taraxacum had the strongest antibacterial effect. The results showed that Escherichia coli was resistant to antibacterial, the antimicrobial effects of taraxacum, bupleurum and forsythia were obvious, which provided the basis forthe prevention and control of Escherichia coli disease and the development of new drug in piglet diarrhea in Yanbian areas.
