摘  要:为探究农废热解液对植物病原菌的抑菌作用及对稻种发芽和稻苗生长的促进作用,采用纸片法进行室内抑菌试验,结果表明:农废热解液对供试的9种植物病菌均具有抑制作用,具有广谱性。由EC50可见,农废热解液对红景天立枯病菌的抑制作用最强,其次是红景天根腐病菌,再次为水稻纹枯病菌。农废热解液对稻苗生长促进作用及测定稻苗叶片内叶绿素含量和保护酶酶活性结果表明,不同浓度的农废热解液和不同处理方法均对稻苗生长及稻苗叶片中CAT、POD、SOD酶活性提高有明显的促进作用。其中,用2.5mL/L农废热解液浸种后再配合叶面喷施对稻苗生长、稻苗叶片中CAT、POD、SOD酶活性的提高作用最明显。Inorder to explore the bacteriostasis of biomass pyrolysis liquid on phytopathogen and its effect on seed germination and rice seedlings growth. Antibacterial test was carried out by paper disk method, whereas the pot experiment was conducted to investigate the promoting effect on the growth of rice seed- lings, and chlorophyII content and defense enzyme activities were determined. The results showed that the biomass pyrolysis liquid had broad spectrum bactericidal actions on 9 kinds of plant pathogens tested. The results of EC50 showed that agriculture waste pyrolysis liquid had a strongest bacteriostatic effect on seed- ling blight of Rhizoctonia solani, the next on Fusarium oxysporum, the third on Rhizoctonia solani. A- mong these, soaking seeds combined with foliar spraying using 2.5 mL/L of biomass pyrolysis liquid was significant promotion effects to the growth of rice seedlings and the increase of ChlorophyII content and de- lense enzyme activities (CAT,POD,SOD) in rice seedlings leaves.
