社区中医药资源配置现状研究

摘　　要：为了解社区中医药资源配置现状,对北京市石景山区10家社区卫生服务中心、18个独立社区卫生服务站进行了问卷调查。结果显示:社区卫生服务机构存在中医药专业技术人员缺乏且结构不合理、中医治疗与中药饮片作用下降等问题。建议加强社区中医药人才队伍建设,加大对社区中医药事业的财政投入,鼓励社会资本发展社区中医药事业,推广社区中医药适宜技术的应用。In order to have an understanding on the present situation of resource allocation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in community health center, ten community health centers in Beijing Shijingshan district and eighteen independent community health centers were investigated by questionnaire. The results showed that there existed many problems in community health center including lack and irrational structure of professional and technical personnel of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and decrease of treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese herbal medicine action. Suggestions should be put forward to strengthen the construction of Traditional Chinese medicine talents, increase financial input to Traditional Chinese medicine, etc.
