摘　　要：失效模式与影响分析是一种用于分析工作流程中潜在失效风险及其原因的方法。门诊退费是医院收费管理中需要重点监控的环节之一,通过失效模式与影响分析,能查找其中的风险控制关键点,确定相应的改进对策,从而增强门诊退费环节的风险防控。The failure mode and effect analysis is a method used for analyzing the potential failure risk during the working process and corresponding reasons. Outpatient refund is one of the links needed key monitoring in hospital charges management. By failure mode and effect analysis, this paper found the key point of risk control and determined the corresponding countermeasures, thereby strengthening the risk prevention and control of outpatient refund.
