摘 要:简述了电网恢复初期过电压的成因及危害,确定了黑龙江电网黑启动路径。基于全数字实时仿真系统搭建黑龙江电网黑启动路径的电磁暂态仿真模型,在电磁环境下对该系统进行验证,给出了电网恢复过程中电厂220k V母线过电压情况。仿真结果证明了该建模方法的可行性,对黑龙江电网黑启动方案的制订具有意义。The cause and its harm caused by overvohage are briefly described in the initial stage of the power grid restoration and the black start path of Heilongjiang power grid is determined. The electromagnetic transient simula- tion model of black start path in Heilongjiang power grid is built based on all - digital and real - time simulation system. Under the electromagnetic environment, the verification of the system is taken and the overvoltage status of 220kV bus of power plant is provided during the power grid restoration. The simulation results prove the feasibility of the proposed modeling method, which is significant for the development of black start scheme for Heilongjiang power grid.
