摘　　要：为了参考借鉴国际先进实验室的试验能力和试验水平,通过对荷兰阿纳姆KEMA实验室的调研分析,梳理了KEMA实验室的历史沿革和分布概况,重点分析了该试验室的规划布局、电源接线方式、实验能力和升级改造,为未来黑龙江省低温试验基地的规划和建设提供参考。In order to learn the test capability and test level from the internationally advanced laboratory, carding of historical evolution and distribution status of the KEMA Arnhem laboratory is done and selective analysis is made on the planning layout, wiring, experiment ability and upgrading through the investigation of Holland KEMA laboratory. It provides references for the future planning and construction of low temperature test base in Heilongjiang province.
