推进我国第三农业发展探析——基于国际大视域的思考

摘　　要：亚洲、欧盟、北美是食用菌消费的三大地区,世界食用菌栽培越来越工厂化,日、韩是亚洲食用菌生产强国。中国目前已成为世界食用菌生产与消费第一大国,食用菌产业呈现出良好的发展态势。中国食用菌产业发展中存在的生产方式落后、质量不高、一二三产业融合度低、市场开拓不够、研发投入不足、高端研发人才少等问题亟待解决。要积极发展工厂式的标准化生产,不断提高栽培质量,构建产业集群,在"镰刀弯"地区推广玉米和大球盖菇间种模式,加强营销和政府支持与服务,继续做大、努力做强我国第三农业。Asia, EU and North America are three big areas of edible mushroom consumption. As edible mushroom cultivation grows more industrialized, Japan and Korea become powerful in mushroom produce in Asia, while China is the largest country of edible mushroom producer and consumption in the world. There are some obstacles in the development of edible mushroom industry in China, such as the backward mode of production, low alignment of industries and level of marketization, insufficient of R＆D and lack of tal- ents, etc. In order to strengthening the third agriculture in China, we need to develop the standardization of factory production, im- prove the quality of cultivation, promote interplanting mode of maize and the ball cap mushroom in rocker region, meanwhile strengthen the management of government services.
