颈、椎动脉超声在脑卒中诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过超声检查探讨颈、椎动脉粥样硬化及血流动力学改变与脑卒中的相关性。方法选取50例脑卒中患者为观察组，50例健康体检者作为对照组，两组均接受颈、椎动脉超声检查，比较两组检查结果。结果观察组软斑及混合斑的检出率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），硬斑检出率无明显差别（P〉0．05）；观察组收缩期峰值流速（PSV）、舒张期最低流速（EDV）均显著小于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组阻力指数（RI）无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论颈、椎动脉超声检查对脑卒中的预防和诊断具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the correlation between carotid and vertebral atherosclerosis as well as hemodynamic change and cerebral stroke. Methods 50 patients with cerebral stroke were selected as observation group, and 50 healthy people were selected as control group. Ultrasound test for carotid and vertebral arteries were conducted and results were compared. Results Detection rates of soft and mixed plaques in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference on hard plaques between the two groups（P 〉 0.05 ）. PSV and EDV in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference on RI between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound of carotid and vertebral arteries is of high value in the dignosis and prevention of cerebral stroke.
