摘 要:[目的]研究采用响应面法优化混凝处理微污染源水过程。[方法]以商业聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂为研究对象,研究了快速搅拌速度、快速搅拌时间、慢速搅拌速度对混凝处理效率的影响。采用响应面法优化混凝条件。[结果]实测残余浊度与模拟残余浊度相关系数达0.96,表明预测值与实际值相关性强,模型预测浊度去除率具有较高的可行性。采用5 mg/L混凝剂投加量,处理40.50 NTU与9 mg/L的TOC源水,获得响应面优化的混凝条件,残余浊度达到1.70 NTU。响应面优化获得最优条件:当在快速搅拌速度为347 r/min、快速搅拌时间为3 min、慢速搅拌速度为79 r/min、慢速搅拌时间为15 min的条件下,原水残余浊度为30.10 NTU,实测残余浊度为0.64 NTU,TOC去除率达到50.74%。[结论]基于响应面法优化混凝处理微污染源水具有较高的可应用性。[ Objective] To optimize the coagulation treatment of micro-polluted source water by response surface method. [ Method] Taking commercial polyferric sulfate flocculant as test material, the effects of rapid stirring speed, rapid stirring time and slow stirring speed on coagulation ef- ficiency were studied. Optimal coagulation conditions for coagulation by response surface methodology were obtained. [ Result ] The results showed that the squared correlation coefficient between measured turbidity removal efficiency and simulated turbidity removal efficiency was 0.96 ,which indicated that the correlation between predicted value and actual value was good. Using 5 mg/L coagulant dosage for treatment of 40.50 NTU and 9 mg/L TOC source water,the coagulation had optimized experimental conditions under which the residual turbidity was reduced to 1.70 NTU. With the optimization conditions that rapid stirring speed was 347 r/min, stirring time was 3 min, slow stirring speed was 79 r/min, slow stirring time was 15 min,for treatment of 30.10 NTU turbidity source water, the residual turbidity of 0.64 NTU achieved, and TOC removal efficiency reached the 50.74%. [ Conclusion ] The experimental results showed that the response surface optimization method had a high feasibility of coagu- lating micro-polluted source water.
