摘　　要：数码显微互动系统已成为医学形态学实验室教学设备的主流,实验室仪器设备的管理工作是确保实验课顺利开展的关键,为提高医学形态学实验教学效果和质量,通过健全实验室制度、加强实验室仪器设备、实验用教学标本、实验室档案、实验人员管理及完善管理体系,实现资源共享,充分发挥数码显微互动系统在实验教学中的主体地位。The digital microscope interactive system has become the major teaching equipment in medical morphology laboratory.The equipment management is the key to a smooth experimental course.To improve the teaching effect and quality,roles and regulations for laboratory and the management of instrument and equipment, teaching specimen,archive and lab staffs should be enhanced.A perfect management system will lead to the destination of data sharing and bring the dominant position of the digital microscope interactive system into full play in experiment teaching.
