摘　　要：思想教育工作是毕业生就业工作的基础,就业指导工作是毕业生就业工作的保证。本文分析了当前毕业生就业面临的新特点和新问题,阐述做好新时期大学毕业生作业指导工作的重要意义,提出了大学生就业工作途径拓展的思路。Ideological education is the foundation of graduate employment work,employment guidance is the guarantee of graduates employment.This paper analyzes the new features and new problems faced by graduate employment,expounds the significance of employment guidance for college graduates in the new period,and puts forward the way to expand the employment guidance of college students.
