摘　　要：为了培养符合新时代要求的工程技术人才,需要我们更新教育理念,并以此引导和推动工程教育改革。本文分析了对于当前同时存在的毕业生求职难和用人企业招工荒的双向难题产生的原因,在此基础上,提出了基于工程认证及成果导向教育的环境工程专业体系构建的必要性,最后,对环境工程专业体系构建内容、目标及实施方案进行了详细阐述。In order to train engineering technical persons accordance with the requirements of new era,we need to alter our teaching ideas and thus conduct and promote the engineering education reform in universities.The thesis analyses the reason of the ditliculty of applying for a job for a graduate and of hiring the right person for a company simultaneously.Accordingly,the author proposes the details of necessities,contents,objectives and embodiments of the construction of environmental engineering system based on OBE and result oriented education.
