河北省高校研究生健康素养水平及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的对河北省高校在校研究生群体的健康素养进行调查,提出改善并提升研究生群体健康素养的措施。方法采用文献分析法、专家咨询法和专题小组讨论等定性与定量相结合研究的方法。结果本次调查共发放2480份问卷,有效问卷2474份,有效率为99.76%。健康素养调查内容回答的平均正确率为66.23%,具备健康素养的仅250人,占总人数的10.11%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示影响河北省高校研究生群体健康素养水平的主要因素为研究生所学专业(OR=19.692,95%CI:9.896~39.184)、母亲文化程度(OR=0.322,95%CI:0.155~0.668)和生源地(OR=0.578,95%CI:0.329~0.915)。结论河北省高校研究生健康素养具备率低,应加强对研究生群体的健康教育,提高健康素养水平。Objective To investigate the current situation of health literacy among graduate students in universities in Hebei Province, and provide the methods for improving the level of health literacy in graduate student population. Meth- ods This study used the quantitative and qualitative research methods which contained the literature analysis, expert con- sultation method and panel discussions. Results A total of 2480 questionnaires were distributed, 2474 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective rate was 99.76%. The average accuracy of health literacy survey was 66. 23%, the number of persons who owned health literacy were only 250, which accounted for 10. 11%. Multivariable logistic regression analysis results showed that, the main factors which influenced the graduate student＇ s health literacy level were mother＇ s cultural degree （ OR = 19. 692, 95% CI： 9. 896 - 39. 184）, professional of students （ OR = 0. 322, 95% CI： O. 155 - 0. 668 ） and the origin of students （ OR = 0. 578, 95% CI： O. 329 - 0. 915 ）. Conclusion The health literacy rate of graduate student was low in Hebei Province. Health education on graduate students should be strengthened in order to raise their health literacy level.
