摘  要:目的调查我国心理健康教育服务现状,分析其存在的问题。方法通过自编的《心理健康教育情况调查表》,对全国6个地区的各类学校、医院、社会机构中正在从事心理健康教育的2351名工作人员进行了调查。结果心理健康教育服务从业人员年龄较轻(33.82±8.11),且以女性(70.3%)为主;受教育程度主要集中于本科(50.4%),在心理健康教育服务从业人员的相关培训中,主要是参加短期培训班(31.4%);心理健康教育的对象主要是学生,其次为社区居民;心理健康教育的原则主要是助人自助,以发挥受教育者自主性的原则(29.1%)为主,心理健康教育理论中最主要的是认知主义理论(26.5%),维护心理健康的内容以人际交往、情绪调节和自我意识等内容为主,开展心理健康教育的方式主要以课堂教学(23.6%)为主,进行心理健康教育常用的方法是案例分析(20.6%);在教育者方面,遇到的困难主要是:个人能力不足,时间不够,人员不足,缺乏督导、指导和缺少培训;受教育者方面遇到的困难包括:不重视、不配合,自身文化程度低;社会、领导、学校的不重视,经费缺乏、场地不足等。结论从目前的调查来看,我国的心理健康教育工作已逐步得到提升,但是依然存在一些不足,需要国家、社会、学校、全民共同关注,共同参与,才能使心理健康教育事业得到进一步的发展。Objective To understand the current situation of mental health education services and its problems in China, and improve the quality of mental health education service. Methods 2351 mental health education service person- nel from schools, hospitals, institutions in 6 areas were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire. Results Mental health education service personnel were younger ( 33.82 ± 8.11 ) and predominantly were female ( 70. 3% ). Their educa- tion level were mostly undergraduate education (50. 4% ). Most of them participated in short training courses (31.4%). Mental health educations were planned for students and community residents. Mental health education principle were help and self-help, and to play the autonomy of the educated (29. 1% ). The most important theory was cognitive theory (26. 5% ), the contents of maintaining mental health were interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation and self-awareness. The main mental health education activities were class teaching (23.6%) and case studies (20. 6% ). There were some difficulties to carry out mental health education, including the educators, the educated and the other areas. The main difficulties from the educators were : lack of personal ability, time, human resource, supervision, guidance and training. The main difficul- ty from the educated was no attention and lower education level. The others were social, leadership and school did not pay at- tention, and lack of funding, space and so on. Conclusion From the present investigation, mental health education in our country had gradually improved, but there still have some deficiencies. For the further development, the state, society, schools should be concerned about and participated in mental health education.
