摘　　要：工业建筑是工民建筑类型中的重要组成部分,是企业进行办公、科研和生产活动的场所。工业建筑的整体化设计是一种在满足工业建筑功能性和经济性的现实条件的基础上,兼顾美学、人文的设计思路;是从整体规划到建筑单体再到精细化设计的统筹模式;是传统手工艺与绿色、节能、生态等科学技术结合的设计方法;也是提高生产效率和经济效益,树立企业良好形象的重要方式。本文结合广东省中山市南区蒂森电梯厂区设计项目,探讨现代工业建筑设计的整体化设计,并总结其整体化设计原则和策略,以期为日后类似的设计提供借鉴。Industrial building is a place for enterprise office, scientific research and production activities, which is an important part of civil building type.The Integrative design of industrial buildings is a kind of design thought that satisfies the reality condition of the function and the economy of the industrial building, takes the design thought of aesthetics and humanity into consideration; is from the integrative plan to the building monomer to the fine design pattern; is the traditional handicraft and green, energy saving, ecological and other science and technology with the design method; is to improve production efficiency and economic efficiency, establish a good image of the important way.Basing on the design project of Thyssen Elevator Factory in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, this article discusses the integrative design of modern industrial building design, and summarizes its overall design principles and strategies, with a view to provide reference for future similar design.
