摘 要:在电力系统运行过程中,各种类型的故障都有可能发生,需要在配电网故障要求不断电的情况下检测出故障位置。利用TWACS通信技术检测故障,根据故障发生时变电所记录的信息,利用单位正序差流有效值法和基于参数检测的双端故障测距算法两者相结合来确认故障位置。故障发生后,利用TWACS技术来识别故障及传递故障信息,首先对区段定位,然后在故障区段准确地查找故障位置,从而迅速排除故障。最后,通过Matlab仿真采集数据并用算例验证该方法的可行性。Various types of faults may occur in the operation of electric power system, we should detect the fault loca- tion in the case that the distribution network is required to continue supplying power. This paper adopts TWACS com- munication technology to detect and confirm the fault location according to the recorded messages of the substation when a fault occurs by the use of positive-sequence differential-current unit value and the means of two-terminal fault location algorithm based on the detection of parameters. TWACS technology is used to identify faults and transfer fault information after the failure occurs, the first is targeting the section, the second is accurately locating the fault in the fault zone, and thus rapidly excluding the fault. Finally, the feasibility of the method s verified by icollecting the data of Matlab simulation and examples.
