摘 要:高压天然气管道轴向长程撕裂破坏是其主要失效形式之一,现有的止裂预测模型应用于高强度天然气管道止裂分析时,往往需进行适当的修正。全尺寸爆破试验是获取修正因子的有效方法,但是试验成本较高。研究夏比冲击功中启裂能和扩展能的比例分配,分析其与修正因子间的内禀关系,有利于管道止裂韧性的预测。采用仪器化摆锤冲击试验机对X80管线钢环向夏比冲击试件进行测试分析,通过柔度变化率方法对试件启裂过程开展相关研究,对夏比冲击功能量分配与修正因子间内禀关系进行了初步探索。试验表明,仪器化摆锤冲击试验可对夏比冲击过程中载荷、位移等信息进行跟踪;柔度变化率方法可分析试件启裂过程,二者结合有利于夏比冲击功能量分配的比重分析。X80管线钢环向夏比冲击功能量分配得到的修正因子与全尺寸爆破得到的修正因子接近,偏差较小。Long distance tearing fracture in axial direction is one of the major failure modes for high grade pipeline steel, correction factor should be embedded in the present crack arrest toughness prediction model when applied. Full size burst test is a valid approach for the achievement of correction factor, but it costs a lot. The apportion of crack initiation energy and crack propagation energy in Charpy impact energy and the relation between correction factor and energy apportion are useful for crack arrest prediction. Instru- mented Charpy test machine was applied to measure the impact energy for X80 pipeline steel in hoop di- rection, compliance change rate(CCR) method was adopted for the crack initiation analysis,the relation- ship between energy apportion and correction factor was preliminary explored. Test results shows that in- strumented Charpy impact machine could recorded the information of load and displacement during the precess. CCR method is valid for the crack initiation. Combination of the test machine and CCR method is beneficial for energy apportion analysis. Correction factor achieved in this paper agrees well with the value from full size burst test with a little deviation.
