摘  要:介绍了窄间隙埋弧焊、氩弧焊、等离子弧焊等焊接方法在大型锆-钢复合板反应器制造中的应用,并指出了各种方法的适用范围及优缺点。除对焊接接头进行常规的射线、渗透及超声检测外,还对反应器进行了水压、气密性、热循环、氦检漏等试验,检验复层焊缝在设计温度、设计压力下是否产生缺陷及缺陷是否发生扩展,尽可能保证设备的长周期安全运行。Several techniques for fabricating large-scale zirconium-steel clad plate reactors,including nar- row gap submerged arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding and plasma arc welding, were presented in this paper. The applications, advantages and shortcomings for each method were critically evaluated. Conven- tional methods, namely radiographic inspection, penetrate testing and ultrasonic NDT were performed on the welded joints of clad plates. Hydrostatic test, air tightness detection, thermal cycling study and helium leakage detection were also conducted to examine defects and assess their propagation behavior under de- signed working temperature and pressure for the purpose of ensuring the safety and prolonging the remai- ning lifetime of the reactors.
