摘　　要：根据首钢京唐公司2230酸轧机组控制系统特点，成功开发了带钢两侧张力偏差自动调整功能，有效保证了机组运行稳定性，避免了机组高速运行时带钢跑偏断带事故的发生，提高了机组的产能，经济效益显著。According to the characteristic of the control system of SGJT 2 230 mm tandem mill, the automatic adjustment function of strip tension deviation between two sides was successfully developed, which ensured the rolling stability effectively and avoided strip break accidents at high running speed. As a result, the capacity of the mill was increased and the economic benefits were remarkable.
