摘　　要：城市的健康发展,不仅源自经济逻辑,而且更源自一种人文的力量。中国经历了30余年的城市化,大多数城市都旧貌换新颜。然而,权力和资本的不合理"越界",导致城市发展中出现了一些问题。比如,一些城市的游憩空间十分逼仄,不能满足迅速膨胀的城市人口休闲娱乐的需要;不少城市的空气、土地、水资源大面积污染,对国民身心健康产生了直接的影响;等等。推进城市的健康发展,既应加强对权力运行的制约和监督,又应防止资本投资的无序扩张;既应与自然环境相协调,又应充分体现以人为本的根本理念。The healthy development of a city stems from not merely economic logic but also a humanistic force. China has undergone 30 odd years of urbanization and most cities have taken on new looks. However,certain overstepping influences from power and capital have led to problems in urbanization,such as the lack of recreational facilities that has failed to satisfy urban residents' growing demands for leisure and recreation. Air,soil and water resources are massively polluted in many cities and this problem has resulted in public health problems. To sustain healthy urbanization,it is imperative to enhance the supervision over the operations of power,to curb any disorderly expansion of capital,to harmonize with natural environment and to implement the principle of humanistic orientation.
