眉山地区1003例女性性功能障碍的调查

摘　　要：目的:调查2012年5月至2015年1月眉山市女性性功能障碍现状及相关因素。方法:应用女性性功能指数(FSFI)问卷对476例眉山市女性医务人员及527例到眉山市医疗机构进行健康体检的20岁以上女性及其女性陪护人进行近4周性功能的回顾性调查。以FSFI评分总分<25分作为女性性功能障碍(FSD)的诊断标准,各单项评分的中位数作为诊断各类型性功能障碍的标准。结果:FSD最常见的性功能障碍类型为性交疼痛(54.4%,556/1003),其次为性满意度低下(50.3%,505/1003),而最少见的类型为阴道润滑困难(37.9%,380/1003)。总的FSD发病率为(41.1%,412/1003),其中医务人员FSD发病率为(34.9%,166/476),非医务人员FSD发病率为(46.7%,246/527),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总的FSFI得分(23.99±4.81),其中医护人员FSFI得分(27.83±9.62)与非医护人员得分(20.51±10.84),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随年龄增长,FSD发病率逐渐升高。结论:FSD发生率较高,受年龄、生育状况、绝经、健康状况及夜班频率等多种因素影响。性知识的重要性不容忽视,对健康性知识的普及有助于FSD的治疗。Objective： To investigate risk factors for sexual dysfunction of females in Meishan between May 2012 to Jan.2015. Methods： Female Sexual Function Index（FSFI）was used to evaluate the sexual function of 1003 females in Meishan,including 479 medical staff. The total FSFI score 〈 25 was used as the diagnostic criterion for female sexual dysfunction（FSD）. Results： Painful intercourse（54.4%,556/1 003）and low sexual satisfaction （50.3 %,505/1003） were the most reported sexual dysfunctions, followed by vaginal dryness（37.9%,380/1 003）. The overall prevalence of FSD was（41.1%,412/1003）.The prevalence of FSD in medical staff（34.9 %,166/476）was significantly lower than that in others（46.7%,246/527,P 〈 0.05）. The total FSFI score was 23.99 ± 4.81, where the FSFI score in general population was significantly higher than that of medical staff（P 〈 0.05）. The overall prevalence of FSD increases with aging. Conclusion： The prevalence rate of female sexual dysfunction is higher in general population than that in medical staff.The risk factors include age, on menopause, history of child-bearing, general health state and frequency of night shift,the importance of sexual knowledge and sexual health should not be ignored.
