橙皮素抗肿瘤药用价值研究概况

摘　　要：橙皮素是一种从柑橘类水果中提取的生物类黄酮,易溶于有机溶剂如醇类,但难溶于水,氯仿和苯。橙皮素有很多药用价值和商业价值,其中报道较多的主要功能包括抗菌,抗炎,抗氧化,抗病毒,抗高血压,抗动脉粥样硬化,增强免疫,抗肿瘤等。文章主要通过对大量文献的总结,阐述了橙皮素的抗肿瘤效果和机制。以期橙皮素能够成为抗肿瘤方面的重要药物之一。Hesperetin is bioflavonoid extracted from citrus fruits, and it is freely soluble in organic solvent such as alcohol, but sparing soluble in water, chloroform and benzene. Hesperetin has a lot of medicinal value and business value. Many published article proved that the main function of hesperetin including anti - bacteria, anti - inflammatory, antioxidant, antiviral, antihypertensive, antiatherogenie, immunity enhancement, anti -tumor, and so on. This paper mainly summarizes and expounds the hesperetin＇ s effect and mechanism of antitumor by a lot of documents. We would feel hopeful of hesperetin＇s feature to be an important medicine in antitumor aspect.
