泄浊消癥汤对慢性肾功能不全失代偿期37例的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察泄浊消癥汤治疗慢性肾功能不全失代偿期的临床疗效。方法:将74例慢性肾功能不全失代偿期患者随机分为观察组与对照组各37例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上加服泄浊消癥汤,两组治疗周期为6个周,治疗结束后评定疗效。结果:观察组临床总有效率为89.19%,对照组临床有效率为70.27%,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者BUN、Scr、24h pro、GFR等肾功能指标改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西医常规治疗基础上,加用泄浊消癥汤治疗慢性肾功能不全失代偿期的临床效果明显。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiezhuo Xiaozheng Decoction in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency on stage of decompensation. Methods 74 cases of chronic renal insufficiency on stage of decompensation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 37 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group were treated with Xiezhuo Xiaozheng Decoction on the basis of this. The course of treatment was 6 weeks. The curative efficacy were evaluated after treatment. Results The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was 89. 19% , which was significantly better than that 70. 27% in the control group （P 〈0. 05） . After treatment, the renal function index such as BUN, Scr, 24h pro and GFR in the observation group were improved better than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment of western medicine, the clinical efficacy of Xiezhuo Xiaozheng decoction in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency on stage of decompensation is significant.
