摘  要:针对弹药压电引信结构特点,提出了一种基于软件相位同步测频频率计的压电引信瞬发度测量方法。研究了压电引信动态特性,分析了相位同步测频频率计测量原理,通过计算频率计闸门开启时间内高速模数转换的采样点个数,并除以采样频率得到该型号火箭弹压电引信瞬发度的测量时间,实现了对XX火箭弹压电引信瞬发度的半自动化测试。测试结果表明,该方法多次测量的结果差值在±1us以内,具有测量精度高,操作便捷,一致性较好特点。According fuze instantaneous to the structure characteristics of ammunition measurement method is proposed, which piezoelectric fuze, a piezoelectric based on measuring the phase synchronization software Frequency meter. Study on the dynamic characteristics of piezoelectric fuze, analyzes the measured phase synchronization frequencies measuring principle,by calculating the sampling points which is high-speed AD conversion of frequency meter gate opening time, dividing the sampling frequency and getting the measuring time of XX rocket piezoelectric fuze instant degree, implements semi-automated testing of XX rocket piezoelectric fuze instant degree.The test results show that the measurement error is within ± lus between the results of multiple measurements,has high accuracy, easy operation, good consistency.
