摘　　要：建国以来,社会政治、经济结构变化翻天覆地、社会价值观演变日新月异,档案及相关档案事物也随之悄然变化。档案文化作为档案事物发展的固化成果在不同的时期呈现着不同的显著特征,走出了一条从"国本位"到"民本位"的发展演变轨迹。理清其发展脉络,把握档案文化发展的核心,对发展新时期档案文化、推动档案事业发展进程具有十分重要的意义。Since the founding of China, social, political and economic structure have experienced earth-shaking changes, and social values evolve quickly. With that, archives and related things have changed gradually. Archives culture, as development achievement of archives, presents different characteristics in different periods, and develops an evolving path from state-orientation to people-orientation. It is of great significance to clarify its development process, grasp the core of archives culture development, develop archives culture in the new period and promote the process of archives.
